Self-emulsifying surfactant consisting of an ester of glycerin and stearic acid derived from vegetable oil, and a hydrophilic nonionic surfactant. It can be used for various emulsification systems. When used as a co-emulsifier in combination with high electrolyte content O/W emulsions, more stable emulsions can be prepared. Lipophilic emulsifier; contains nonionic surfactants; plant-derived with HLB : 5,5
