LUDOX SM-30

LUDOX SM-30 is a synthetic amorphous silica dispersed in a stable form in water with nominal 7 nanometer particle size and contains 30% silica. LUDOX SM-30 has excellent binding strength and good stability making it especially useful in formulations that require these properties. Its high temperature resistance makes it suitable for applications were elevated temperatures are involved. It can be used as a binder and improves mechanical properties. LUDOX SM-30 also improves durability, longevity and reduces maintenance needs of finished products. Its fine particle size and high surface area allows for uniform dispersion and distribution within complex formulations.
