RESINEX OR-1

RESINEX OR-1 is a strongly acidic gel-type cation exchange resin developed for oil removal applications. The RESINEX OR-1 resin acts like a coalescing agent and can reduce oil concentration from 100 ppm down to 1 ppm without requiring regeneration. It features high integrity polystyrene divinylbenzene beads that provide excellent resistance to mechanical degradation and ensure a low pressure drop. The selected bead size and superior mechanical strength of RESINEX OR-1 prevents strainers from blocking. These properties make RESINEX OR-1 well-suited for removing lubricants and oils from industrial process streams in a cost-effective manner.
