REMYLOSE P32

REMYLOSE P32 is a dried rice syrup obtained from broken rice by enzymatic hydrolysis. It is a natural sweetener and carbohydrate source for food applications. REMYLOSE P32 has a dextrose equivalent of 30 +/-5 and total carbohydrates of min 98 g/100 g d.m. making it a suitable ingredient for various food products. As a dried rice syrup, REMYLOSE P32 provides clean labeling and is non-GMO. It is also hypoallergenic and suitable for vegans and vegetarians. REMYLOSE P32 is stored in a dry place protected against odours and pests for a minimum of 12 months from the date of production under recommended storage conditions.
