Vinyl acrylic copolymer latex designed for use where good barrier properties are essential. Suitable for metal primers, high build coatings for metal and rust converters. Very good barrier to water vapour, oxygen, carbon, dioxide and radon. Excellent salt spray resistance, Non-flammable. Haloflex 202 is supplied unstabilised, addition of a stabiliser is essential. The pH of Haloflex 202 should be adjusted, with ammonia, to pH 4-5 before use. For in-can stability, coatings based on Haloflex 202 should be formulated at acid pH. The Chlorine content is 64% w/w.
